Since ATOS announced their new Provox Life line of base plates and other HME
devices, the Lary Snorkel Store has had to adapt to the changes. Starting
immediately all new orders for the Lary Freedom Snorkel will have to check the
appropriate box, Provox or Provox Life, on the Order Form for the correct
connector for the base plate or other HME device you are currently using.
For those Lary’s that already have a Lary Freedom Snorkel and are now using the
new Provox Life base plates or other HME devices an Upgrade to the New
connector is available.
To request an Upgrade, you can email the Lary Snorkel Store at
larysnorkelstore@att.net for the appropriate Upgrade Form, Foreign or Domestic,
or go to the website www.thelarysnorkelstore.com and download the appropriate
Upgrade Form Foreign or Domestic. Print and complete the form and return it
with your snorkel to the Lary Snorkel Store. Your snorkel will be upgraded and
returned to you promptly.
Caution: Using the current connector with the Provox Life base plate or other
HME devices, may not provide the proper water tight integrity.
Upgrade is recommended.
If Credit Card information is provided on Order Document it will be processed and the Snorkel will ship within one day.
